Shabbat Shalom Family,

Last week we talked about how Simon Magus impersonated Simon Peter to start up the Catholic Church. One lady wrote to say;
I just finished the article and WOW! That’s a really in depth explanation of the whole false system. I feel I understand more but at the same time I see just how much I didn’t know at all. Again, WOW!

I now have one of the funniest jokes. Read this one it is really funny.

Two women were sitting at the back of the church minding their own business……
Aint’t that great. Minding their own business….

This week I am going to talk about gossip, but women are not the only ones that do it. I know for fact men are just as bad if not worse; so all of you need to read this.

If you do not speak up when it matters, when would it matter that you speak?
The opposite of courage is conformity. Even a dead fish can go with the flow.”
-Jim Hightower

We have had a million emails telling us about the many conspiracies taking place that are all designed to kill us. Have you heard the one about the chem. Trails…. or how about the one where North Korea sent a suicide submarine to blow up the drilling rig in the gulf which has now spilled so much oil? Or maybe you heard about the conspiracy theory that the oil disaster in the gulf was done on purpose by the US Government, the same way the US government arranged for the planes to fly into the twin towers. There is a new one that has people exploring the mass graves in Texas where all these supposedly former Texans are buried.Did you send out emails about the gulf floor about to explode?

Many of you are positive the US government has built detention centers so they can come and confiscate your property and lock you away. Most of you are absolutely convinced that a few rich men in some secret place make all the decisions that cause so many things to happen here and there. Yet most of these secret meetings if not all of them end up in your in box of the elite few who have access to such secret info.

Rumours and more rumours and all of it conspiracy related horse feathers. Yes, I said Horse feathers!!!!

Many of you now have whole Sabbath services dedicated to these teachings; the Illuminate, The Jesuits, The Rothmans, The secret men behind closed doors and you believe them all as gospel. You have no facts, or you have some stuff that sounds factual and you drink it up as if you had never had water in weeks. It is now your religion. You can quote things about it at length and you even throw in a few good scriptures so that you can keep worshipping a this tree of knowledge of good and evil. Yes it has some facts but it is designed to be evil.

You are so gullible. When I read the things many of you send to me it terrifies me to know how gullible and stupid so many of you are. One person sent me many pictures of the Space Shuttle being blown up. All of those pictures were close up pictures taken by a spy satellite that the Chinese had stationed beside the shuttle so it could watch as the Chinese sent a particle beam with which to blow up the shuttle and send a message to the USA. Do any of you really read this garbage and see the lies that are in it? But so many of you believe it as the absolute god given truth.

It has become religious to you and you cannot prove one thing. Not one thing and yet you continue to share these untruths as gospel as if you were sitting at the table when these secrets that are only available to you were disclosed and you share them to your loved ones and family and friends, shattering any and all respectability that these people may have of you.

Then when you come with the true gospel they look at you like the horses butt you have become having delivered so much nonsense in prior times.

The Ninth commandment is found in Exodus 20: 16 “You do not bear false witness against your neighbour.

I have never received an apology for the hundreds of lies that many of you are forwarding around to each other and to me. You were false witnesses to things you had never seen nor could prove. But you were spreading gossip and lies without confirming them.

Yet we are told that you are going to judge angels???? Yah help us.

Accusing and Bearing False Witness

There is a serious need to address Yahweh’s requirement for righteous judgment amongst the people of this age. Righteous judgment is needed in society, in the assembly, and in our homes.

Today, we live in a society of instant everything. Everything from instant meals to instant news and information. With this is a tendency even among brethren to be too instant in judgment of others. The danger of this is bearing false witness against our neighbor. This is an important matter–important enough to be included in the Ten Commandments
Of course, many of us have been taught that to bear false witness means “Not to lie”. But while this is true, we will see that this commandment has a shade to it that is more precise than just telling a lie.

Exodus 20:16 You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

What does it mean to be a false witness against our neighbor? Here is one example in scripture:
Deuteronomy 19:16-21 “If a false witness rises against any man to testify against him of wrongdoing, 17 “then both men in the controversy shall stand before Yahweh, before the priests and the judges who serve in those days. 18 “And the judges shall make careful inquiry, and indeed, if the witness is a false witness, who has testified falsely against his brother, 19 “then you shall do to him as he thought to have done to his brother; so you shall put away the evil from among you. 20 “And those who remain shall hear and fear, and hereafter they shall not again commit such evil among you. 21 “Your eye shall not pity: life shall be for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

To be a false witness against our neighbor basically means to falsely accuse someone else of wrongdoing. In the Torah, false witnesses were dealt with very harshly. We see in the above verses that if a person was found to be bearing false witness against another person, they would be given the punishment that the other person would have received if the witness was true! With such a righteous law, we can understand why ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses’ every matter truly was established. If anyone rose up as a false witness, they would be given the same punishment they thought to give to their neighbor…. risking their own life! With such a thing facing them, they would be very careful, yes?

If this righteous rule were established in today’s court systems, there wouldn’t be nearly the problems we see today.

Notice that the judges were required to make ‘diligent inquisition’, meaning that they were to be very careful and search diligently before making a judgment. We see this in other instances as well:
Deuteronomy 13:12-15 If you hear someone in one of your cities, which Yahweh your Elohim gives you to dwell in, saying, 13 ‘Corrupt men have gone out from among you and enticed the inhabitants of their city, saying, “Let us go and serve other elohims” ‘ — which you have not known — 14 “then you shall inquire, search out, and ask diligently. And if it is indeed true and certain that such an abomination was committed among you, 15 “you shall surely strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword — utterly destroying it, all that is in it and its livestock, with the edge of the sword.

And again:
Deuteronomy 17:2-5 If there is found among you, within any of your gates which Yahweh your Elohim gives you, a man or a woman who has been wicked in the sight of Yahweh your Elohim, in transgressing His covenant, 3 “who has gone and served other elohim and worshiped them, either the sun or moon or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded, 4 “and it is told you, and you hear of it, then you shall inquire diligently. And if it is indeed true and certain that such an abomination has been committed in Israel, 5 “then you shall bring out to your gates that man or woman who has committed that wicked thing, and shall stone to death that man or woman with stones.

So we see in these verses the importance of making diligent inquiry before judging that someone has done wrong or evil. While it is true that the context of these cases would be in a court of law, it is also true that judgment begins at the household of Yahweh:
1 Peter 4:17 For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of Elohim; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of Elohim?

1 Corinthians 6:2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

The principles of judgment are the same. Yahweh’s will concerning judgment of matters is consistent throughout all of scripture. A DILIGENT inquiry must be made before making any sort of judgment or being a witness against another. If this is not done, and a false witness speaks…there are very serious consequences. It is a grievous sin in the eyes of Yahweh and he is not pleased.
But so often, my brethren..

SO SO often…
I have seen where people are very quick to judge the character of another person, with hardly any inquiry at all! So… so often, I have seen quick, snap judgments and accusations that another person has or is doing something wrong when the person has truly done nothing at all! Indeed.. so often I have seen one person assassinate the character or reputation of another person based on suspicions and phony spiritual discernment when in reality there is an unclean spirit that is bringing these things to their mind. What’s more, such accusations are often done privately and without the other person’s knowledge.

Let me speak to you freely and bluntly to inform you that anyone practicing such things is bearing false witness and is imitating the accuser/adversary/devil!

In fact, the greek word from which we get the term “Devil” from the greek word diabolos and means “Accuser.” For instance, another form of this word “diaballo” is found in Luke 16:1..

Luke 16:1-2 He also said to His disciples: “There was a certain rich man who had a steward, and an accusation was brought to him that this man was wasting his goods. 2 “So he called him and said to him, ‘What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your stewardship, for you can no longer be steward.’

The word that is translated “Accused” in verse 1 is “diabollo” (#1225), from where we get “Diabolos” (Devil). Letting the context in this verse offer a good definition of “diabollo”, we can see that “accused” would be a pretty good translation. Why is it that the adversary is called “accuser”?

Revelation 12:9-11 - So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our Elohim, and the power of His Messiah have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our Elohim day and night, has been cast down. 11 “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

As we see, the devil/accuser can be quite active in accusing the brethren before Yahweh day and night. “Diabolos” is the LXX (Septuagint) translation of the Hebrew word “Satan” meaning “Adversary”. (The Septuagint is a greek translation of the “Old Testament” that predates the “New Testament” writings). From the beginning, a predominant characteristic of the adversary (satan) is indeed the role of an accuser. We see this theme in the book of Genesis:

Genesis 3:1-5 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which Yahweh Elohim had made. And he said to the woman, “Has Elohim indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” 2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; 3 “but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ” 4 Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. 5 “For Elohim knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like Elohim, knowing good and evil.”

Part of the temptation that the adversary offered was a “subtle” accusation toward Elohim. The accusation was that Elohim was withholding wonderful things from Eve and the reason Elohim didn’t want Eve to eat from the tree was because Elohim wanted to keep her from being like He is. The “subtle” implication is that Eve could be just like Elohim and not be under His yoke/authority anymore.

Consider also the exchange between satan and Yahweh in the book of Job:
Job 1:8-11 Then Yahweh said to Satan, “Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears Elohim and shuns evil?” 9 So Satan answered Yahweh and said, “Does Job fear Elohim for nothing? 10 “Have You not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land. 11 “But now, stretch out Your hand and touch all that he has, and he will surely curse You to Your face!”

This was an accusation from the accuser/adversary stating that Job only served Yahweh because Yahweh blessed and protected him. After Job didn’t curse Yahweh as the adversary had falsely predicted, the following happened:
Job 2:3-5 Then Yahweh said to Satan, “Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears Elohim and shuns evil? And still he holds fast to his integrity, although you incited Me against him, to destroy him without cause.” 4 So Satan answered Yahweh and said, “Skin for skin! Yes, all that a man has he will give for his life. 5 “But stretch out Your hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will surely curse You to Your face!”
So the adversary once again made the accusation that Job would curse Yahweh to His face if Yahweh permitted bad things to happen to him. We can see some consistency in the spirit of the adversary. It is a spirit of false accusations. If you continue reading the book of Job, you will see that this same spirit later influenced Job’s three “friends” to accuse him of wrongdoing. They continuously tried to say that Yahweh was punishing him for his sins, but it was all false. The enemy was using these men to coerce Job into sin.

Yahweh later rebuked these three “friends”:
Job 42:7-8 And so it was, after Yahweh had spoken these words to Job, that Yahweh said to Eliphaz the Temanite, “My wrath is aroused against you and your two friends, for you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.

It is very important that we are not influenced by this same spirit in any way, shape or form. We do not want to be like the adversary. Instead, we need to be like Yahushua! We know that Yahushua came to this earth where He was often accused, but He never falsely accused anyone. He was smitten, spit on, mocked, and tortured to death:
Mark 15:19-20 Then they struck Him on the head with a reed and spat on Him; and bowing the knee, they worshiped Him. 20 And when they had mocked Him, they took the purple off Him, put His own clothes on Him, and led Him out to crucify Him.
With all they had done to Him, one would think that He had every reason in the world to accuse these people to the Father and seek their destruction. But Yahushua, being wise, understanding and full of compassion, said:
Luke 23:33-34 And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the criminals, one on the right hand and the other on the left. 34 Then Yahushua said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” And they divided His garments and cast lots.

Brethren, we must seek the wisdom, the understanding and the truth of Yahweh before we set out to accuse another. If Yahushua lacked Yahweh’s wisdom, it would have been easy for Him to judge their motives as being purely evil and wrong. But He understood that they simply didn’t know what they were even doing. Even when a person has done a wrong, we should seek Yahweh’s wisdom and understand where mercy comes in. Yahushua prayed that Yahweh would forgive them because they were ignorantly doing evil. It is too often the case that when a person does wrong and deserves mercy–or even when they haven’t done wrong–a whispering accusation is spoken in the ears of another.

Scripture says:
Psalm 101:5 Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, Him I will destroy; The one who has a haughty look and a proud heart, Him I will not endure.

Notice that pride was associated with the slander in that verse? Indeed, often a major reason behind such things is to feed one’s own pride by putting another person down. Many seek to peer down at another person and make judgments about them (real or imagined) so that they themselves might seem to be above them!

But scripture says:
Philippians 2:3 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.

False accusers are among the evil traits of those who we will come to find in the last days:
2 Timothy 3:1-3 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,

We certainly do not want to have any of these characteristics, including being a false accuser. These are characteristics of evil, not good. We must realize the importance of not being a false accuser!

Today, entire ministries are based on false or unproven accusations. There are numerous ministries on the internet and elsewhere which claim to promote “Cutting edge information” on the latest conspiracy of this government or that government—of this world leader planning or doing this— and that world leader planning or doing that. But in reality those who make these claims don’t really have any proof at all! It’s just a bunch of “Could be’s” or “maybe’s” or “possibilities”. Accusations are made when no diligent inquiry is really done, nor is one really possible. We aren’t in their rooms while they speak and we aren’t in their meetings. We really don’t know what goes on in the White House every day. Some claim one thing evil about him and some another…but do we really know?? Can we really prove anything? We must be very diligent that we do not bear false witness or circulate any false report.

Still, entire ministries are devoted to the latest accusation/rumor/lie that nobody can really prove one way or another.
Let’s return to sound doctrine and let the truth of Yahweh’s word speak! We really don’t need to spend all our time trying to keep up with what satan is trying to do next. We need to spend our time seeking what Yahweh is doing!

We read that one of the requirements of women who are elders is that they not be false accusers:
Titus 2:1-5 But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: 2 that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; 3 the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things — 4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of Elohim may not be blasphemed. .

You see, it is the enemies and adversaries of Yahweh that are the false accusers. Yahushua encountered some who made a number of attempts to accuse him:
Matthew 12:10 And behold, there was a man who had a withered hand. And they asked Him, saying, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?” — that they might accuse Him.

And again..
Matthew 27:12 - And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.

And again..
Luke 11:53 And as He said these things to them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to assail Him vehemently, and to cross-examine Him about many things, 54 lying in wait for Him, and seeking to catch Him in something He might say, that they might accuse Him.

In the end, it was the false accusation of blasphemy that sentenced Him to death. It is so important to not falsely accuse! False accusation is what brought Yahushua to be sentenced to death!

Matthew 26:64-66 Yahushua said to him, “It is as you said. Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.” 65 Then the high priest tore his clothes, saying, “He has spoken blasphemy! What further need do we have of witnesses? Look, now you have heard His blasphemy! 66 “What do you think?” They answered and said, “He is deserving of death.”

Never underestimate the power of a false accusation.

The apostles were also accused:
Acts 24:5-8 For we have found this man a plague, a creator of dissension among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes. 6 “He even tried to profane the temple, and we seized him, and wanted to judge him according to our law. 7 “But the commander Lysias came by and with great violence took him out of our hands, 8 “commanding his accusers to come to you. By examining him yourself you may ascertain all these things of which we accuse him.”

It is the enemies of Yahweh that spend their time falsely accusing the brethren. It surely should not be that the brethren are falsely accusing one another! Neither do we need to be spending our time finding the latest thing to accuse various world leaders.

We need to be spending our time, on our knees… praying for these leaders:
Jeremiah 29:7 And seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to Yahweh for it; for in its peace you will have peace.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all elohimliness and reverence.

Be assured, we will be falsely accused by the world. But Kepha/Peter wrote that we are to live our lives in such a way that our works bring shame to those who falsely accuse us:
1 Peter 3:15-17 But sanctify the Master Elohim in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; 16 having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Messiah may be ashamed. 17 For it is better, if it is the will of Elohim, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.

And again..
1 Peter 2:11-12 Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, 12 having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify Elohim in the day of visitation.

Younger women are encouraged to live likewise:
1 Timothy 5:14-15 Therefore I desire that the younger widows marry, bear children, manage the house, give no opportunity to the adversary to speak reproachfully. 15 For some have already turned aside after Satan.

Paul, when writing to Titus wrote about the necessity of a leader being without fault:
Titus 1:5-16 For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you — 6 if a man is blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of dissipation or insubordination. 7 For a bishop must be blameless, as a steward of Elohim, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, 8 but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled, 9 holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and convict those who contradict. 10 For there are many insubordinate, both idle talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision, 11 whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole households, teaching things which they ought not, for the sake of dishonest gain. 12 One of them, a prophet of their own, said, “Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons.” 13 This testimony is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, 14 not giving heed to Jewish fables and commandments of men who turn from the truth. 15 To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled. 16 They profess to know Elohim, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

In the above verses, I think it is worthy to note that “To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled.” This is so true, and it is often the one whose mind is so focused on evil and wrong that is quick to accuse others of doing evil and wrong.

But we should not be among the false accusers. If it is we who have to deal with false accusers, then we should surely not be like them! Rather than responding with a false accusation of our own, we should simply live our lives so that our conduct reproves those who accuse us. Daniel was an example of that:
Daniel 6:3-4 Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm. 4 So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him.

If we are falsely accused, we are actually “blessed” and we are more like Yahushua:
Matthew 5:11 Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.

Do we see the battle lines drawn brethren? It is the adversary that is seeking to bring reproach upon the innocent. He did so with Yahushua and we can expect it to be done to us:
Matthew 10:24-25 A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. 25 “It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more will they call those of his household!

Now it is important to note that accusing is not necessarily inherently evil. It is a necessary part of judging wrongdoing. We just need to be VERY sure we are on the right side of Yahweh’s judgment when we choose to accuse.

Proverbs 17:15 He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, Both of them alike are an abomination to Yahweh.
Therefore, let’s flee from abominations and lets embrace the wisdom and understanding of Yahweh. Let’s seek to abide in Yahweh’s holy hill:
Psalm 15:1-3 Yahweh, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? 2 He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart; 3 He who does not backbite with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend;

Therefore, let’s be sure that we refrain from evil speaking and let’s embrace mercy and truth:
James 4:11-12 Do not speak evil of one another, brethren. He who speaks evil of a brother and judges his brother, speaks evil of the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. 12 There is one Lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. Who are you to judge another?

Ephesians 4:31-32 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. 32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as Elohim in Messiah forgave you.

So often, false accusations between two persons are actually rooted in bitterness. When two people are at odds over something, false accusations are too often flying back and forth. Why? Because each person believes the other is a person of poor character, suspicions of wrongdoing are much more frequent. An innocent action is perceived as an evil action simply because one person doesn’t believe the other person is of good character. But this ought not be so! We must be a true witness in every matter and not let the defiling work of bitterness cloud and defile our judgment!

If our brother sins against us, we should be reading and following Matthew 18:15-17 rather than slandering them everywhere we go.

Matthew 18:15-17 Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. 16 “But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ 17 “And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.

If we follow these steps, we may even find out we totally misunderstood and were totally wrong! This is probably one reason why Yahushua said we should go to them personally first. Such bitterness also can occur in a marriage, especially if there have been marital troubles. Husbands (the authority in the home) are particularly warned about this:
Colossians 3:19 Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them.

Bitterness a husband holds against the wife for past wrongs will too often result in future false suspicions of wrongdoing.. and consequently, false accusation. When such accusations are exposed as false, I believe husbands must repent and seek forgiveness rather than just brushing it off and ignoring the fact that a sin was just committed. If we hear an accusation, a report of evil about anyone (brethren, leaders of congregations or nations) and we are uncertain of the matter… we must be extra sure that we are not spreading it:
Exodus 23:1 - Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.
And just because everyone else is accusing, that doesn’t make the accusation correct.

Exodus 23:2 - Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:

We should beware, and keep ourselves from any false matter. Too often “Email” is a playground for such things. One person emails something and it gets forwarded all over the internet. We should not pass on something unless we know it to be true.

Exodus 23:7 - Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.
We should seek the truth of a matter lest we be found guilty of spreading a false report.

When we think evil of another and we really do not know for sure, we are wise to not assume the thought to be true. And we are wiser still not to condemn them, especially if we have our own things to overcome.

Matthew 7:1-5 Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 “For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. 3 “And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? 4 “Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? 5 “Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

Yes, so often a person thinks or says evil of another but they themselves are guilty of the same or even greater sins. They are knocking everyone over with the huge timber in their eye while they accuse another person to make themselves feel better!
Consider this: The minute you judge another’s salvation for his own lack of understanding in a matter.. you are endangering yourself because who knows if you might be ignorant on another matter? We need to be wise, understanding and merciful… just as Yahushua was who was so very merciful:
Matthew 5:7 - Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

We are far better off not to accuse another of wrongdoing in our minds or with our mouths unless we are 100% sure of the matter. If we are unsure, we can choose to investigate and make diligent inquiry. If we find it to be so, we should take it to that person rather than whisper it to someone else. For what good does it do to tell everyone else about a person’s sin? It doesn’t help or love the sinner. It would be an act of love to tell the brother who sinned:
Leviticus 19:17-18 You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him. 18 ‘You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am Yahweh.

Telling some other person is not the answer. Hiding it from the person is not the answer. Going to the person is the way of righteousness and mercy:
James 5:19-20 Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, 20 let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.

And if we should go to the person, we should do so in meekness:
Galatians 6:1 Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted.

It could be that you didn’t have correct information about a matter and were wrong in your judgment. Always listen when going to the person.

Proverbs 18:17 The first one to plead his cause seems right, Until his neighbor comes and examines him.

Therefore..
2 Timothy 2:24 - 3:1 And a servant of the Master must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, 25 in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if Elohim perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, 26 and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.

And again..
James 3:13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.

When we are meek, we won’t be so quick to wrongly judge another. When we aren’t so quick to judge another, we are ourselves spared from judgment.

I am quite sure that we are going to need all the mercy we can get on the day of judgment. Therefore, let’s cease from snap judgments based on false pretenses, phony spiritual discernments, false witnesses and evil thoughts.

Let’s cease from false accusations based on mere suspicions and spiritual pride, lest we find ourselves imitating the father of lies.

Let’s cease from falsely accusing a person based on past experiences with others. Every person is different.

Instead…
Let’s forever seek to intercede and plead the cause of the falsely accused.
Let’s forever seek to make diligent inquiry before making any accusation.
Let’s forever seek to imitate the One who IS the truth.
Let’s forever seek the TRUTH in every matter—resisting every false thought—and the one who would inspire them.

When we go to Proverbs we get an earful in 6: 12 A man of Beliya‛al, a wicked man, Walks with a perverse mouth, 13 Winks with his eyes, shuffles his feet, Points with his fingers; 14 Perverseness is in his heart, Plotting evil at all times, He sends out strife. 15 Therefore his calamity comes suddenly; Instantly he is broken, And there is no healing. 16 These six matters יהוה hates, And seven are an abomination to Him: 17 A proud look, A lying tongue, And hands shedding innocent blood, 18 A heart devising wicked schemes, Feet quick to run to evil, 19 A false witness breathing out lies, And one who causes strife among brothers.

Take special notice of the 7 things Yahovah hates and just how many of them revolve around gossip.

The proud look is one that is brought on by knowledge about the other person or over the other person in superiority.

Most gossip is enhanced and embellished by the lying tongue
Once the lie has been spread around enough it can lead to the death of innocent people just as Yahshua was falsely accused and killed.

Men will spread a lie or wicked scheme in order to trap another person at work and then there are others who quickly join in such shenanigans thinking it was fun until the victim is hurt.

Gossips just breathe out lies one after another in order to cause and bring about strife.

As you can see Yahovah just hates gossipers.

Gossipers are also spoken of in Proverb 20: 18 By counsel plans are established; And by wise guidance wage a battle. 19 He who goes about as a slanderer reveals secrets; Therefore do not associate with him Who speaks smoothly with his lips.

Read what James has to say about this matter in chapter 3.
1 Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, knowing that we shall receive greater judgment. 2 For we all stumble in many matters. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the entire body. 3 Look, we put bits in the mouths of horses, for them to obey us, and we turn their body. 4 Look at the ships too: although they are so big and are driven by strong winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot intends. 5 So too the tongue is a little member, yet boasts greatly. See how a little fire kindles a great forest! 6 And the tongue is a fire, the world of unrighteousness. Among our members the tongue is set, the one defiling the entire body, and setting on fire the wheel of life, and it is set on fire by Gehenna. 7 For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind. 8 But no man is able to tame the tongue. It is unruly, evil, filled with deadly poison. 9 With it we bless our Elohim and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the likeness of Elohim. 10 Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brothers, this should not be so. 11 Does the fountain send forth the sweet and the bitter from the same opening? 12 My brothers, is a fig tree able to bear olives, or a grapevine figs? So neither is a fountain able to make salt and sweet water. 13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by his good behaviour his works in meekness of wisdom. 14 But if you have bitter jealousy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast against and lie against the truth. 15 This is not the wisdom coming down from above, but it is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. 16 For where jealousy and self-seeking are, there is confusion and every foul deed. 17 But the wisdom from above is first clean, then peaceable, gentle, ready to obey, filled with compassion and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. 18 And the fruit of righteousnessis1 sown in peace by those who make peace.

James 3:6 likens the tongue to a fire and Proverbs 26:20 says, in reference to gossip, “without wood a fire goes out.”But read what the rest of Proverb 26 says. 18 Like a madman who throws sparks, arrows, and death, 19 So is a man who deceived his neighbour, And says, “I was only joking!” 20 For lack of wood, the fire goes out. And without a slanderer, strife ceases. 21 As charcoal is to burning coals, and wood to fire, So is a contentious man to kindle strife. 22 The words of a slanderer are as dainty morsels, Which go down into the inner parts of the heart. 23 Burning lips with an evil heart Are like earthenware covered with silver dross. 24 He who hates, pretends with his lips, And lays up deceit within him; 25 Though he speaks kindly, do not believe him, For there are seven abominations in his heart. ( We just read those 7 abominations that Yahovah hates ) 26 Hatred is covered by deceit. His evil is disclosed in the assembly. 27 Whoever digs a pit falls into it, And whoever rolls a stone, it turns back on him. 28 A lying tongue hates its bruised ones, And a flattering mouth works ruin.

Proverb 11: 9 The defiled one destroys his neighbour with his mouth, But the righteous is delivered by knowledge.

Proverb 12: 5 The thoughts of the righteous are right-ruling, The counsels of the wrong are deceit. 6 The words of the wrong are, “Lie in wait for blood,” But the mouth of the straight delivers them. 7 The wrong are overthrown, And are no more, But the house of the righteous stands

Proverb 16: 27 A man of Beliya‛al plots evil, And on his lips it is like a burning fire. 28 A perverse man sends forth strife, And a whisperer separates intimate friends. 29 A ruthless man entices his neighbour, And leads him in a way that is not good, 30 Winking with his eye to plot perversity, Moving his lips he shall bring about evil.

Proverb 17: 4 An evil-doer gives heed to wicked lips; A liar gives ear to a tongue of desire. 5 He who mocks the poor reproaches his Maker; He who rejoices at calamity does not go unpunished. 6 Children’s children are the crown of old men, And the adornment of children is their fathers. 7 Excellent speech is not fitting for a fool, Much less lying lips for a noble. 8 A bribe is a stone of favour in the eyes of its owner; Wherever he turns, he prospers. 9 He who covers a transgression seeks love, But he who repeats a matter separates intimate friends.

Proverb 18: 6 A fool’s lips enter into strife, And his mouth calls for blows. 7 A fool’s mouth is his ruin, And his lips are the snare of his life. 8 The words of a slanderer are like delicacies, And they go down into the inner parts of the heart.
Proverb 19: 1 Better is the poor walking in his integrity Than one of perverse lips, who is a fool. 2 Also, desire without knowledge is not good; And he who hurries with his feet sins.

Proverb 22: 10 Cast out the scoffer and strife goes out, And contention and shame cease.

Proverb 25: . 8 Do not go forth to strive in haste, For what would you do in the end, When your neighbour has put you to shame? 9 Plead your case with your neighbour himself, And do not disclose the secret of another; 10 Lest he who hears it put you to shame, And your evil report turn not back. …..23 The north wind brings rain, And a secret tongue an enraged face.

We continue this weekend with our regular Triennial Torah reading which can be found at

We are now in our 19th week of this 3 ½ year study.
17/07/2010
Gen 19

As with last week’s study we again are told of the hospitality of Lot and also that he made them unleavened bread. So we know at what time of year this event took place. It was during the Passover season.

Also take note of the word Sodom. This was one of the cities of Canaan. We read in Genesis 9: 20 And Noaḥ, a man of the soil, began and planted a vineyard. 21 And he drank of the wine and was drunk, and became uncovered in his tent. 22 And Ḥam, the father of Kena‛an, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brothers outside. 23 So Shĕm and Yepheth took a garment, laid it on both their shoulders, and went backward and covered the nakedness of their father, but their faces were turned away, and they did not see their father’s nakedness. 24 And Noaḥ awoke from his wine, and he knew what his younger son had done to him, 25 and he said, “Cursed is Kena‛an, let him become a servant of servants to his brothers.”

Ham went out telling of what he saw with his gossip about Noah. So what is it that Ham did and why was Canaan cursed by Noah? We are not told. But by definition of the word Sodom many have concluded it was that Noah was sodomized. These same people have also concluded that the angels who were at Lot’s house were going to be attacked by homosexuals.

When I looked at the site http://www.wordiq.com/definition/Sodom they explained that it was not for homosexuality that Sodom was destroyed but for inhospitality. This has shaken one of my long held beliefs’. I urge you to read it and consider the proofs they site. It is challenging what I have always been taught. I will just quote a short section.

First we see hospitality and the way we should act, then inhospitality in that the people of Sodom seek to mistreat the newcomers. Ezekiel 16:49-50 Now this was the sin of Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. They were haughty and did detestable things before me. Therefore I did away with them as you have seen.

This Idea is supported in the Gospels when Christ compares an inhospitable reception to Sodom:
Matt: 10:14-15 If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town. I tell you the truth, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.

But when I read Genesis and see that Lot even offered his own daughters to satisfy their lusts, I am once again drawn to the conclusion that the men of Sodom wanted to sodomize the angels. In a perverted way having sex with virgins may be better than doing it with men to men.

“Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us, and let us ‘know’ them.”
KJV In this context, “know” is a euphemism for sexual intercourse.

In verse 14 I would like you to recall Lot went to his family members and warned them of the destruction that was about to come upon the city. His sons-in-laws and his daughters, but to them it was a joke. Lots warnings were not taken seriously.

In verse 15 even though Lot was righteous he too is warned to get out fast or he too would be destroyed. And righteous Lot as we are told he was in verse 16 lingered. He did not want to go. He was not sure what to do, so the angels grabbed him and his family by the hand and led them out of the city, where they are again warned to flee and not to look back. Run for your lives!
Even now Lot is trying to bargain with them to run to a closer place. And for Lots sake Zoar is spared.

In verse 26 Lots wife looked back when the destruction had begun to take place. Why wouldn’t she, her two other daughters were there and their husbands and maybe grand children. Her family she had left behind was now being destroyed. Her heart is aching for the loss.

This brethren, is what is happening with each and every one of us. We are told right now in 2010 to return to the land of Israel. That by staying out of the land You Are Blaspheming the Name of Yahovah by not going Home!!! IT IS TIME TO GO. You can read this at http://www.sightedmoonnl.com/?page_id=625

But, we all have family and loved ones and friends who will not go and who think of us as some sort of joke. They do not consider the things of the bible seriously. And just as Lot was warned he too could die if he did not get going, you also can die. But I can identify with Lot’s wife and just as I am leaving without my entire family it aches me to know what is about to happen to them. Am I turning back? No, I have told them all that is coming and they have the book. I am leaving.

I have documented the events as they have transpired this year; the hurts, the sorrow, the difficulties in uprooting yourself and the difficult process of moving. Once I have made the move I will share all the emotions of this year with you. It has been and is still an extremely difficult time in my life. So I can easily understand the sorrow Lot’s wife felt for her family left behind.

It is a test on us to see what we love more, our family of Yahovah. He can save them from the terrible things that are coming. We need to do our part and obey the calling.

We then read about how the two daughters thought they were the only survivors and how they had intercourse with their father to create the children of Moab and Ammon.

What is not written here is what Shem had just finished doing during this same time period. It was the execution of Nimrod and the disbursement of his body parts to all the major cities of the world at that time as a warning to those who would continue to follow in Nimrods teachings.

The events of Sodom and the angels were so huge in Abrahams life and the trial of Nimrod over 10 years was so long and drawn out that Abraham only recorded what affected him. You can read Shem and the Execution of Nimrod. A Prophecy for Our Time. At http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=462

These two events and the flood of Noah all took place in the 3rd year of the 6th Sabbatical cycle. We are currently in the first year of the third Sabbatical cycle in 2010. Just by doing the math you can see that the end of this age will take place at the exact same time it has in the past; in just 23 years from now. But now is the time to leave to avoid the other curses that are coming that lead up the end of this age.

If you are interested I have been to Sodom and Gomorrah many times and have some pictures of the Sphinx and Temple and Phallic Monument that is there. Just go to http://www.sightedmoon.com/gallery/ and scroll down to the Gomorrah section.

Again I urge you to order The Prophecies of Abraham which explains these Sabbatical cycles in great detail.

Judges 14-15
I have had to work very hard to find anything good to write about Samson.

Some of the commentaries I looked at have considered Samson the most problematical personality of the Judges; he was captured due to his need for sexual gratification and then died seeking personal revenge.

Samson followed his eyes; therefore the Philistines poked out his eyes. Yet in this I can find solace as most men struggle with their eyes. Today men are tempted at every corner from the women at work who dress nice for work and the sex goddess who is selling everything under the sun wearing next to nothing in order to get your attention. And it works. In fact today the most beautiful woman walked deliberately passed our construction crew. She was stunning and the whole crew stopped to gawk. There was no need for her to dress so provocatively, nor did we all need to stare.

Today as it was then foreign women always seem sexier than those of your same stock.

Dr. James Dobson has stated that 80% of the men in every church group are addicted to pornography to some degree. Be it a little or a lot. And if the men that go to church each week have this addiction, then what does it say to those who do not go to church and are not as restricted by morals. That includes 80% of all men in all Assemblies and Synagogues and churches. All men; so do not think it is not in your group. It is.

Samson is a wild man endowed by nature and Yahovah with enormous strength but equally with a vice; his love and attraction to forbidden women. This vice led him to act foolishly and impetuously in a manner appropriate perhaps to an adolescent.

What theology are we to learn from Samson? I am having trouble with this question.

If a man or woman chooses to make a Nazir vow [for a period of time] he shall abstain from wine or anything coming from wine (Num. 6:2) and no razor shall touch his head for the time of his Nazirhood (6:4-5) he shall not go near a corpse (6:6); he is consecrated to Yahovah (6:8). If he does become defiled his hair becomes unclean and he must shave it on the seventh day and bring a sacrifices and return to his Nazirite vow. The key to being a Nazir seems to be abstaining from wine and the growing and not cutting of Hair (6:21). The only example in the Hebrew Bible is in fact Samson, a poor example for a man consecrated to Yahovah as a nazir.

We are told early in the tale of Samson that he is to be a Nazir with a specific mission: ‘No razor is to touch his head for the boy is to be Yahovah’s Nazir from his mother’s womb and he will start rescuing Israel from the Philistines’ (Jud.13:5). He is born as a Nazir to his dying day. (13:7). His mother is to ‘drink no wine or fermented liquor and eat nothing unclean’ (13:7). One might expect if his mother to refrain from drinking intoxicating drinks before his birth surely it would apply to Samson. Or is Samson to share his Nazir-hood with his mother? Samson is noted as participating in a long seven day wedding feast (mishteh – to drink) to his Philistine wife in Timneh (noted for its vineyards 14:5) with his male friends (14:10-17); it is highly unlikely that wine was not served. How many people did Samson kill and therefore how many corpses was he in contact with? Samson marries a Philistine from Timneh - one of the enemies; visits a women noted as a prostitute and finally ‘loves’ (16:4) Delilah who sells Samson to the Philistines for a significant amount of money. While having sexual relations with forbidden women is not explicitly forbidden for a nazir can one consider those actions a man consecrated to Yahovah ought to do? Deuteronomy 7:3 speaking of the Canaanites we are told very plainly 1 “When יהוה your Elohim brings you into the land which you go to possess, He shall also clear away many nations before you: the Ḥittites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Kena‛anites and the Perizzites and the Ḥiwwites and the Yeḇusites, seven nations greater and mightier than you. 2 “And when יהוה your Elohim gives them over to you, you shall smite them and put them under the ban, completely. Make no covenant with them, and show them no favour. 3 “And do not intermarry with them – you do not give your daughter to his son, and you do not take his daughter for your son

Samson never seems to have accepted being consecrated to Yahovah and consequently never really began his mission to ‘start rescuing Israel from the power of the Philistines’ (13:5). This despite at the moment of his telling Delilah the secret that will destroy him he finally admits ‘I have been Yahovah’s nazir from my mothers womb (16:17). In fact since early in his life he chose gratuitous violence against Philistine men (the thirty men he killed because he needed their clothing; the 300 foxes he lit on fire) and cannot resist sexual impropriety with Philistine women, a seeming inconsistency.

Does Samson ever understand that his own flaws brought down his disaster? What kind of story is this for the sacred scriptures? The Rabbis understood ‘Samson went after his eyes, therefore the Philistines poked out his eyes’ (BT Sotah 9b). Is this intended as a form of biblical justice ‘an eye for an eye’? Samson does not seem to learn from previous experience, particularly regarding women. This is more like a Greek tale than about a Hebrew Judge. In an article Dr. Eric Altschaler suggests that based on the evidence in the text - his torching Philistine fields by putting a fire to 300 foxes, refusing arrest, lying to his parents and gloating about killing – Samson can be defined as a psychopath.

TIMNEH:
After reaching maturity Samson noticed an unnamed woman from the uncircumcised Philistines (14:3) and ‘went down [to Timnah] and talked to her and he became fond of her’ (14:1,5,7). Went down implies in biblical terminology going away from Yahovah.

Similar language can be found when Judah ‘went down’ (perhaps out of guilt) from his father’s estate immediately after the brother’s imply to Jacob that Joseph is killed; when in fact they had sold him into slavery. Judah then married a Canaanite woman (Gen. 38:1-2). Judah later goes to Timnah and finds a prostitute, his own daughter-in-law 38:15). Samson ‘became fond of her’ is a euphemism for intimate sexual relations with his unnamed woman. We are beginning to see Samson’s flaw, his unbridled lust of forbidden women. The statement that Yahovah approved of this marriage (14:4) appears inconsistent with the statement that he ‘went down’ and it seems unlikely that Yahovah would approve of sexual relations with a daughter of the uncircumcised; they were the enemies of Yahovah’s chosen people. This appears as an editorial comment to justify Samson’s behaviour.

On his way to visiting and fondling this woman we are told of his strength when a young lion approaches him and he tore a lion to pieces with his own hands. After his fondling he goes back to the carcass of the lion - a non-kosher animal and ate honey that bees had made there; bees do not create honey in a carcass. Perhaps this was a sign of Yahovah’s unhappiness of his Nazir coveting intermarriage.

Before the wedding feats he feeds his father and mother from the ‘unclean’ honey which was clearly forbidden to her. Samson’s father Manoah then ‘went down to the woman’. (Jg. 14:10) rather than the usual ‘knew’ her. The woman is Manoah’s wife (and Samson’s mother) but she is not named or even called his wife. His father did not appear to have a close intimate relation with his mother.

Samson tells a riddle for a wager of the clothing of thirty Philistines. After accepting the riddle the Philistines tell Samson’s new wife that they will burn her and her family unless she gets the answer from Samson. The woman cried for seven days and Samson tells her and she promptly told the Philistines. Samson lost the wager. Samson understood ‘if you had not ploughed with my heifer, you would not have discovered my riddle’ (14:18); an interesting sexual innuendo. Samson kills thirty Philistines (in the spirit of Yahovah – can Yahovah approve ‘holy rage’? Jg. 14:19), took their clothing and brought the clothing to the thirty winners of the riddle. Even after being married he may have continued living with his parents, called in mid eastern culture a ‘tzadiqah’ marriage – a form of prostitution. The Philistines married her to another Philistine.

Samson then visits his ‘wife’ and discovered she had remarried to his best man.
The father offers her younger sister (Jg. 15:2). Samson refused; he caught three hundred foxes, tied them together, put fire on their tales and burnt the fields of the Philistines. In his anger he irresponsibly lit a fire, always dangerous in a dry country; perhaps similar to Absalom lighting the fires of Joab’s fields to get his attention (II Sam. 15:30). The Philistines burnt the father and the wife.

PHILISTINES AND SAMSON:
After Samson used the foxes to burn Philistine land the Philistines went to war against the Israelites in Lehi in response. The men from Judah agreed to hand Samson over to the Philistines. Samson accepted and they bound him and handed him over to the Philistines. At the field with the Philistines Samson broke the rope and with the jawbone of an ass killed 1000 Philistines.

This story ends with our being told that Samson Judges for twenty years (15:20). It follows with Samson going to the capitol city of the Philistines Gaza and going to a prostitute (16:1). Again the Philistines awaited to capture him and again in an act of great strength and violence he ripped off the gates of the city and took them with him.

Samson is a very strange personality to be a Hebrew judge and Nazir – a holy man.

DELILAH:
Samson falls in love with Delilah, a presumed Philistine woman. She on the other hand sees him as a source of money. The introduction of Delilah’s name is connected with the Philistinian leaders knowing her (16:4-5). The leaders of Gaza agree to give her each eleven hundred shekels of silver, a very significant amount of money. She can be considered a more expensive prostitute that the precious one in Gaza. She asks him three times where lies his strength. Each time he lies to her. Philistine men come in the room to capture him. In an exact symmetry to the riddle he told at his wedding feasts he allows Delilah to cajole the secret that will destroy him. While he will shortly be blinded he is already blind to reality.

She says to him ‘how can you say you love me . . . and tell me where your great strength comes from (16:15)? We recall his wife of Timneh screaming at him in attempting to get the answer to the riddle ‘’You only hate me, you do not love me’ (14:16). This is the fourth part of what seems like a sexual bondage game being played. We have no information how long the game went, it may for more than a week – ‘day after day she pestered him’ (16:16).

Samson finally succumbs to Delilah and tells her – in the only time Samson himself used the term Nazir – that by shaving his head he will lose his supernatural power (16:17). With his head in her lap she has his hair cut off. The Philistines take him and blind him. As the Rabbis said he was blinded because he followed his eyes. Then the Philistines metamorphically castrate the great hero and womanizer by forcing him to do women’s work, grinding mill. Delilah on the other took the money and left.

Why does he finally tell her the secret that indeed dooms him? It seems like a Romantic tragic comedy; Samson does not seem like a nazir-Judge!

At a sacrifice for their god Dagon they bring Samson to their Temple and make fun of him. He prays to Yahovah, puts his arms around the pillar of their Temple saying to Yahovah ‘Let me be revenged on the Philistines at one blow for my two eyes. Let me died with the Philistines’ (16:28-29). He pleas for vengeance not to begin his mission. In his death we are told he killed more Palestinians than he had killed during his lifetime (16:30).

Samson in the last of the Judges; the last verse in the Judges is ‘In those days there was no king in Israel; everyman did that was right in his own eyes’ (21:25). Clearly Samson’s mission has failed!

CONCLUSION
It appears that Samson may have been suffering from a personality disorder or at least some intra-psychic conflict. In addition there seem to be some problems In the relationship between his father Manoah and his wife (Samson’s mother).

Samson’s excessive masculinity seems to exclude real intimacy. His father did not appear to have a close intimate relation with his mother. Samson may have been umbilically connected to his father and not known how to relate to women in an intimate manner.

As a Judge one would hope he would display the qualities that would qualify him for his role. As a Nazir he is violent, seeks out prostitutes and eventually prays not for life (‘choose life’ Deut. 30:19) but death. Is Samson’s bequest yet one more impulsive and impetuous act?

Samson always acts alone out of self centerness. His story seems of a man fated to failure in the Greek sense or perhaps of a psychological disorder in the Hamlet sense that he cannot overcome?

The Fruit of the Spirit is Self-Control
Galatians 5: 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

But I am led to the reason we read of Samson when we read Hebrews. Samson in spite of all his failings as a womanizer was still considered a man of faith. Again why??

Hebrews 11: 30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down , after they were compassed about seven days. 31 By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not , when she had received the spies with peace. 32 And what shall I more say ? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: 33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, 34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong , waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. 35 Women received their dead raised to life again : and others were tortured , not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: 36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: 37 They were stoned , they were sawn asunder , were tempted , were slain with the sword : they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins ; being destitute , afflicted , tormented ; 38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. 39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: 40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect .

As each of you struggles with the sexual beast within you, learn from Samson, that it will consistently get you in trouble and hurt, but when you repent and I do not recall Samson repenting, but when you repent your faith will save you.

When hunting wolves the Eskimos have a trick they employ knowing that the wolves have an satiable appetite for blood. They will take a hunting knife and freeze it in a block of ice; and then layer on coats of blood and let them freeze over the blade. They repeat this pouring of the blood and letting freeze on the blade until the blade is thick with frozen blood.

Then the hunter walks away.

The wolf will smell the blood from far away the same way you the man or the women will sense the opportunity to have sex from a distance.

The wolf will begin to lick the blood and check for others as he can smell the man in the air. But the taste of the blood is contagious and he keeps on licking it. After a while when the wolf is now in a frenzy and no longer worries about the hunter, he begins to lick the knife feverishly.

As the blood is licked away the knife is exposed slowly and then more and more, then the knife begins to cut the tongue of the wolf. But the wolf is in seventh heaven licking the blood that he does not even know he is bleeding. Now with the warm blood from his own tongue adding to the blood on the knife the wolf goes even harder at licking the knife until after some time the wolf’s tongue is all lacerated, finally he bleeds to death.

You brethren who have this secret sin are that wolf and your tongues are bleeding. Yet you think you have it safely concealed away where no one will see your secret sin. Yet you bleed more and more each time you see the other person of your desires, or the person at the office or in an ad somewhere on your way home from work or as you watch porn on the computer with the door closed. Your urge to follow through with the act of sex grows stronger each time until the monster finally takes control and you begin to pursue them. This is lust and not love.

This lust of sex is just like the wolf, slowly it will kill you with a great deal of pain. You will watch your life and your loved ones fall away until they and you are no more.

Read what Nathan said to David in 2 Samuel 13; For until David confessed he was about to die at the hand of Yahovah. Do you think you are exempt because you are Torah observant? David was not so why would you be. Think about it King David a man after Yahovah’s own heart was about to be executed for his lust of Bathsheba.

1 Then יהוה sent Nathan to Dawiḏ. And he came to him, and said to him, “There were two men in one city, one rich and the other poor. 2 “The rich one had flocks and herds, very many. 3 “But the poor one had only one little ewe lamb which he had bought and kept alive. And it grew up with him and with his children together. It ate of his own food and drank from his own cup and lay in his bosom. And it was like a daughter to him. 4 “And a traveller came to the rich man, who refused to take from his own flock and from his own herd to prepare one for the wayfaring man who had come to him, but he took the poor man’s lamb and prepared it for the man who had come to him.” 5 And the wrath of Dawiḏ burned greatly against the man, and he said to Nathan, “As יהוה lives, the man who has done this is a son of death! 6 “Also, he has to repay fourfold for the lamb, because he did this deed and because he had no compassion.” 7 Then Nathan said to Dawiḏ, “You are the man! Thus said יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, ‘I anointed you sovereign over Yisra’ĕl, and I delivered you from the hand of Sha’ul. 8 ‘And I gave you your master’s house and your master’s wives into your bosom, and gave you the house of Yisra’ĕl and Yehuḏah. And if that were not enough, I also would have given you much more! 9 ‘Why have you despised the Word of יהוה to do evil in His eyes? You have killed Uriyah the Ḥittite with the sword, and his wife you took to be your wife, and you have killed him with the sword of the children of Ammon. 10 ‘And now, the sword does not turn aside from your house, because you have despised Me, and have taken the wife of Uriyah the Ḥittite to be your wife.’ 11 “Thus said יהוה, ‘See, I am raising up evil against you, from your own house, and shall take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbour, and he shall lie with your wives in the sight of this sun. 12 ‘For you did it in secret, but I shall do this deed before all Yisra’ĕl, and before the sun.’ ” 13 And Dawiḏ said to Nathan, “I have sinned against יהוה.” And Nathan said to Dawiḏ, “Also, יהוה has put away your sin, you shall not die. 14 “However, because by this deed you have greatly scorned יהוה, the child also who is born to you shall certainly die.”

Once david confessed only then did Nathan tell him he would not die. But until that moment David a man after the very heart of Yahovah was about to die. 13 And Dawiḏ said to Nathan, “I have sinned against יהוה.” And Nathan said to Dawiḏ, “Also, יהוה has put away your sin, you shall not die.

I have the following article to help you and then I will tell you what to do at the end of this article.

Why Do I Keep Sinning?

by Kirk Cameron

“You can’t stop birds from flying over your head, but you can stop them from making a nest in your hair.” - Martin Luther
I occasionally hear professing Christians ask (with a helpless sounding voice), “Why won’t Yahovah take this desire away from me so I’ll stop sinning?” These are people who say they truly desire to be free from their sexual sin, substance abuse, gluttony, materialism, love for the world, etc. Again they ask, “Why do I keep sinning?” According to Scripture, the answer is simple — because they keep choosing to disobey Yahovah. Yahshua said, “If you love me you will obey my commandments.”

We humans are really very smart creatures. We are also very predictable. Our actions show our priorities. We have a conscience to know right from wrong and while we attempt to do good, we also are willing do wrong in spite of the fact that we know better. We also have the pathetic ability to justify our sinful choices with excuses that make us feel sorry for ourselves. While some do have legitimate trauma to overcome, most of us know that our sin is simply a pathetic choice to give in to our fleshly desires for a moment or two of comfort and pleasure.

Who’s the culprit?

Why do there remain those few pet sins — those few areas we just can’t get a hold of? Here are some questions I’ve found helpful to identify the culprit of our sinful actions:
• With what and with whom do you surround yourself?
• Are your friends helping you or hurting you when it comes to living right for Yahshua?
• How do you spend your free time?
• What do you find yourself thinking about when your mind is free to wander?
• Do you find yourself making excuses for your sinful actions and then feeling sorry for yourself?

Listen to what the Bible says: “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world — the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions — is not from the Father but is from the world.” (1 John 2:15-16). It’s pretty clear: If you love the world and the things of the world, Yahovah’s love is not in you.

Is your heart set on worldly things? Do you find yourself longing after things you see and don’t have? Are you financially discontent? Do you notice yourself overly concerned about the way you look? Do you need to feel important in the eyes of all your friends and family? Are you preoccupied with a desire for pre-marital sex or adultery? If your thoughts often fall into one or more of these categories, you may have found your enemy. Jeremiah reveals, “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?” (Jeremiah 17:9), and Yahshua said, “For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness, slander. These are what defile a person” (Matt. 15:19-20). Could the problem lie within your own heart? Only you know the answer to that question, but we all can be sure that an unredeemed heart will produce all these things in abundance.

I want to go out on a limb here and say that we all would do well at this point to put our pride in check and examine our hearts carefully. I was just reading a book called Alarm to the Unconverted by Joseph Alleine. I was up last night, pleading with the Lord to search and try my heart and bring to mind all the filth and grime that remains, that I might surrender myself still further to the mercy and transforming power of Yahshua Christ. The self-deceived hypocrite is in the worst state of all. He thinks all is well between him and his god (so he sees no need to change or examine himself), when in fact, all is not well. Please, hear my earnest plea for your precious soul. Ask Yahovah to do a thorough work of exposing the inner desires and intentions of your heart. Ask him to awaken your conscience and remind you of all the dominating loves and lusts within. This is the first and necessary step toward finding victory over your sin.

Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff
This popular saying has helped me not worry about things that don’t matter, like spilled milk. But when it comes to transgressing Yahovah’s Law, we ought to sweat heavily.

When Yahshua was in the garden He sweat great drops of blood. He was in agony, tormented by the choice he had to make between doing His own will or His father’s will. He knew that to obey Yahovah would bring Him great difficulty — physically and emotionally. He said, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done… If by any means this cup can pass from me, let it be, BUT — not my will but Thy will be done.” Yahshua knew the great cost of obedience, and paid it. His only choice as the Son of Yahovah was to obey.

Falling vs. Diving
When someone says they have fallen into a serious sin like having an affair (adultery), they didn’t just fall, they dove. They continually worked and nursed their sin until it became fully grown. Think about it. If you commit sexual sin (any sex outside of marriage), you have made dozens of intentional, wrong decisions to get yourself there. The first phone call. The lustful imaginations. The choice of how you dress, how you act, and what you say. With each one of these and following choices, you must actively deny your conscience (Yahovah’s Law written on your heart), ignore Yahovah’s Word, and insist on pursuing what you know is wrong. That is why the Bible says that we will all be “without excuse” on the Day we stand “before the eyes of Him with whom we must give account.” The Bible says, “Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death” (James 1:15). This is why “adulterers … shall [not] inherit the kingdom of Yahovah.” The difference between a true believer and a false one is that a true convert falls into sin, while a false one dives. Do you ever plan to sin? Do you ever think of ways to get away with that which you know is wrong in Yahovah’s eyes? If so, you should be concerned about the genuineness of your conversion.

Yes, the true Christian will occasionally fall into sin, but how pathetic is that fall! For the Christian to dive into sin, is as wicked and disgraceful as a pardoned murderer allowing himself to be enticed back into his life of crime. Christ died for us. The call of the Christian life is to die to ourselves and crucify the flesh with its unYahovahly desires.

Yahshua has broken the chains that once bound you to sin, but have you walked right back into your comfortable prison and put them back on because you like the way they make you feel? None of us have an excuse when we willingly give in to our favorite sins. Scripture describes the religious hypocrite as a “dog [that] returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire.” So the unregenerate will return to his familiar sins and lie down to enjoy the pleasure of his transgressions.

The Antidote
Yahovah is not slack in providing a way out of your sins. He is not holding back the answer to you who are still enslaved to your old nature. Yahovah is willing if you are willing. He says, “Choose you this day whom you will serve.” You must get desperately honest with yourself. I must get honest with myself. Yahovah has given us a mirror to see ourselves in truth and we must look into it. So look intently at the Commandments, and then confess and forsake your sin completely. Yahshua said, “No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of Yahovah.” Choose you this day whom you will serve. Yahovah is loving, forgiving, compassionate, redeeming, and all-powerful. But you must choose “whom” you will serve. No excuses, no self-pity parties: only surrender. We must once and for all let go of the deceptive pleasures of our sin and cling to the cross for mercy and a new heart that only Yahovah can give. Yahovah gives strength in abundance to those who repent and trust in him.

Paul said, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” If you want to stop sinning, YOU need to stop. Yahovah gives you the strength, but YOU do the stopping. If you struggle with alcohol, don’t check out the specials at the liquor store. If you struggle with over-eating, don’t drive into McDonald’s for the “Big and Tasty.” Replace your belly’s lusts with a love for honoring Yahovah with your body. If pornography is your problem, stop your monthly subscription to the filthy publications and don’t visit those Web sites. It sounds simple because it is. But before conversion, a man (or woman) is a slave to sin, unable to bridle the lust of the flesh, but after true conversion, he is not longer a slave to sin (because he has willingly crucified the flesh) and is a new creature, a servant of righteousness.

In Psalm 90:7 For we have been consumed by Your displeasure, And by Your wrath we are alarmed. 8 You have set our crookednesses before You, Our secret sin in the light of Your face.

First thing each of you must do and this is not going to be pleasant, but you must ask Yahovah to show you your secret sins. Make them plain to you so that even you can see it. Many of your friends may see it but you won’t, so ask Him to make it plain to you.

I do not want to expose myself but for the sake of those who are about to be lost, I urge each of you to read Confessions of a Sex Addict at http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=85

It was not until I confessed my sins publicly that I was able to shake this sin which still to this day haunts me. But once I did confess this sin and dealt with it, instead of hiding it away hoping no one would know, only then did I take back control from Satan. Yes from Satan. I explain this in the article. Satan controls you when you have to hide away your sins.

Once I did this then it was revealed to me about the Sighting of the moon and how to prove it beyond all doubts. Once I began to keep the Sighted Moon for the first of the month which made the Holy day on different day than the Hebrew calendar, then I was shown the truths about the Sabbatical and Jubilee years. After I began to share that information then I was shown the truths about the Prophecies of Abraham as well as the Temple Mount and many other things. But it all began with my confession and resolve to become Holy. To be Righteous just as Noah Job and Daniel.

If you are not righteous as these men were then you need to read what is about to happen to you in Ezekiel 14. Notice what are the idols they have set up.

And some of the elders of Yisra’ĕl came to me and sat before me. 2 And the word of יהוה came to me, saying, 3 “Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their hearts, and have put the stumbling-block of their crookedness before their face. Should I let them inquire of Me at all? 4 “Therefore speak to them, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus said the Master יהוה, “Everyone of the house of Yisra’ĕl who sets up his idols in his heart, and puts the stumbling-block of his crookedness before his face, and shall come to the prophet – I יהוה shall answer him who comes, according to his many idols, 5 in order to lay hold of the house of Yisra’ĕl by their heart, for they have become estranged from Me by their idols, all of them.” ’ 6 “Therefore say to the house of Yisra’ĕl, ‘Thus said the Master יהוה, “Repent, and turn back from your idols, and turn back your faces from all your abominations. 7 “For anyone of the house of Yisra’ĕl, or of the strangers who sojourn in Yisra’ĕl, who separates himself from Me and sets up his idols in his heart and puts the stumbling-block of his crookedness before his face, and shall come to a prophet to inquire of him concerning Me, I יהוה shall answer him Myself. 8 “And I shall set My face against that man and make him a sign and a proverb, and I shall cut him off from the midst of My people. And you shall know that I am יהוה. 9 “And if the prophet is deceived, and shall speak a word, I יהוה have deceived that prophet, and shall stretch out My hand against him and destroy him from the midst of My people Yisra’ĕl. 10 “And they shall bear their crookedness, the crookedness of the prophet is the same as the crookedness of the inquirer, 11 so that the house of Yisra’ĕl no longer strays from Me, nor be made unclean any more with all their transgressions. And they shall be My people and I be their Elohim,” declares the Master יהוה.’ ” 12 And the word of יהוה came again to me, saying, 13 “Son of man, when a land sins against Me to commit a trespass, and I shall stretch out My hand against it, and cut off its supply of bread and send scarcity of food on it, and cut off man and beast from it, 14 even though these three men, Noaḥ, Dani’ĕl, and Iyoḇ, were in it, they would deliver only themselves by their righteousness,” declares the Master יהוה. 15 “If I cause an evil beast to pass through the land, and it shall bereave it, and it shall be a wasteland, so that no man passes through because of the beasts, 16 even though these three men were in it, as I live,” declares the Master יהוה, “they would deliver neither sons nor daughters. They alone would be delivered, but the land be a wasteland. 17 “Or if I bring a sword on that land, and I shall say, ‘Sword, go through the land,’ and I shall cut off man and beast from it, 18 even though these three men were in its midst, as I live,” declares the Master יהוה, “they would deliver neither sons nor daughters, for they alone would be delivered. 19 “Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and I shall pour out My wrath on it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast, 20 even though Noaḥ, Dani’ĕl, and Iyoḇ were in it, as I live,” declares the Master יהוה, “they would deliver neither son nor daughter. They would deliver their own lives by their righteousness.” 21 For thus said the Master יהוה, “How much more it shall be when I send My four evil judgments on Yerushalayim: the sword and scarcity of food and evil beasts and pestilence, to cut off man and beast from it? 22 “But see, there shall be left in it a remnant who are brought out, both sons and daughters. See, they are coming out to you, and you shall see their ways and their deeds, and shall be comforted concerning the evil which I have brought upon Yerushalayim – all that I have brought upon it. 23 “And they shall comfort you, when you see their ways and their deeds. And you shall know that it was not for naught that I have done whatever I did in it,” declares the Master יהוה.

At the end of this article (Confessions of a Sex Addict) you will read the 12 steps which are adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous and made for sexaholics Anonymous.

You all should read the information found at the following site; http://www.everymansbattle.com/ Every Mans battle and because men are not the only ones who have this problem I have this site as well http://www.shannonethridge.com/ Every woman’s battle.

For those of you struggling with Homosexuality and any other addictions, I have this site and I do highly recommend it. http://breakingfree.ucg.org/

These same teachings on sex apply to both sexes and also to those who are struggling in homosexual relationships and need to get out. Just read the article and learn the truths that are there.

What is the difference between a homosexual sinner and and adulterer, or a gossip or a pedefile, or a liar. There is no difference for they have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of Yahovah.

Ps 38-40
At the end of Psalm 38 is the expression 22 Hasten to help me, O יהוה, my deliverance! Do you grasp the importance of this once verse? You would not if you speak English. You would not if you use the name of Jesus instead of the proper name of a Jew who spoke Hebrew and had a Hebrew name which was Yahshua.

We have just read the riddle of Samson but now we can read another riddle in Proverbs 30: 4 Who has gone up to the heavens and come down? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who established all the ends of the earth? What is His Name, And what is His Son’s Name, If you know it?

King David knew the name of the Messiah! And he has just stated it to you. You can go to http://www.sightedmoonnl.com/?page_id=542 to read the article titled King David A Man After the Heart of Yahweh, Knew who Yahshua is.

After last week News Letter I was sent the following information which you should know.

Delighting in the LORD
How to Get What You Want From God

________________________________________
“Delight yourself in the LORD (YHVH) and he will give you the desires of your heart,” Psalm 37:4.

Everyone wants to know how to get God to give them the desires of their heart. Delight in the LORD seems easy enough! So, how does one delight in the LORD? There have been many fanciful interpretations of what it means to delight yourself in the LORD, but only one revelation of what this means is found in the Scriptures.

“Delight” here in Psalm 37:4 is the Hebrew word oneg, which means “to treat as a delicacy.” There are very few places in the Scriptures were the word oneg is used. Yet, because it is a rarity, it will help us solve a mystery. There is one place, and only one, where it tells us exactly how to delight in the LORD, even using the word oneg. Here is the secret.

“‘If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord’s holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, then you will delight (oneg) yourself in the LORD, and I will cause you to ride on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob.’ The mouth of the LORD has spoken.” Isaiah 58:13,14.

Any other interpretation for “delight yourself in the LORD” is useless speculation and the imagination of men. The only way anyone can delight themselves in the LORD is to honor and obey the seventh day Sabbath, which God created. The reward for doing this is “to ride on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance” of Jacob. It is sealed as a promise from “the mouth of the LORD.” Also, as it says in Psalms 37:4, the only way anyone is promised to receive the “desires of your heart” is by delighting in the LORD. In other words, if you make His Sabbath a delight, oneg, a delicacy in your life, you will receive your heart’s desires.

It would seem that all people truly devoted to YHVH and Yeshua would make haste to honor the Sabbath at all costs, what with the great payoff it carries! It would benefit anyone having a difficult time “riding high” in God’s favor to examine closely their view and practice of the Sabbath. Test it by getting this part of your life in line with God’s will, then see what will happen. I think you will be greatly pleased.

Mat 24
There is just too much here to cover this in this one study and do justice to you so that you know it and understand it. But let’s try.

Mathew 24:5 begins and can be matched up with the four horsemen of revelation. To help you in this often misunderstood passage I am going to refer you to http://www.gnmagazine.org/issues/gn50/thehorsemen.htm

The next verse I want to examine is verse 15 “So when you see the ‘abomination that lays waste,’1 spoken of by Dani’ĕl the prophet, set up in the set-apart place” – he who reads, let him understand . 16 “then let those who are in Yehuḏah flee to the mountains.

The next few verses as we explained a couple of weeks ago are used by those who proclaim the rapture theory and we will not repeat it here.

But concerning the Holy Place and where that is and what is set up I am going to refer you to http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=258 The Holy Ground and When Michael Stands Down

I know this teaching is going to challenge many of you.

22 “And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would be saved, but for the sake of the chosen ones those days shall be shortened

We have been showing you in the Prophecies of Abraham and also in the DVD that Satan would be locked away at Atonement in the year 2033. The 120th Jubilee would be in 2045 so the days being cut short is the 12 years from when Satan is locked away in 2033 until the Jubilee in 2045.

29 “And immediately after the distress1 of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.

Because you will not have the moon to see as Joel has said you need to know that each month when the moon is not seen is a 30 day month. You must keep track of this during all the things that will be going on. It is because of the not seeing the moon that Daniel gives you some big clues in the 1260 days and 1290 days and 1335 days. Each of the appointments of Yahovah comes on a High day; So each of these numbers in Daniel concludes on a high day. Two of them include an extra month being added. You need to know how to calculate the calendar and from when to when. The 1335 finishes on the Feast of Pentecost or Shavuot.

We next read about 36 “But concerning that day and the hour no one knows, not even the messengers of the heavens, but My Father only

And this is one of the most misunderstood passages of the bible; mostly by those who will not obey Torah and keep the 4th commandment. This is all explained in two article called Conjucntion or Sighted Which? and can be read at http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=22 and when combined with this article called The return of Yahshua at http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=20

Once you have read these two article you will then know that Yahshua is to return on the Feast of Trumpets and it is because this is the only feast that is determined by the sighted moon, that this one fact shows you why you and no one else will know the day or the hour the Messiah is to return. Because we will not know if the moon is sighted or not.

37 “And as the days of Noaḥ, so also shall the coming of the Son of Aḏam be. 38 “For as they were in the days before the flood, eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noaḥ entered into the ark, 39 and they did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also shall the coming of the Son of Aḏam be. 40 “Then two shall be in the field, the one is taken and the one is left. 41 “Two shall be grinding at the mill, one is taken and one is left. 42 “Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Master is coming.

In order to completely understand the meaning of this you need to read The Prophecies of Abraham as they explain in detail using charts how the days of Noah and the Days of Nimrod and the days of Sodom as explained above all coincide to the same third year of the 6th Sabbatical cycle which will be 2033 in our day. You do need to read the Prophecies of Abraham; order it right after Shabbat.

48 “But if that evil servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming,’ 49 and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards, 50 the master of that servant shall come on a day when he does not expect it, and at an hour he does not know, 51 and shall cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites – there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

This last scriptures of Mathew 24 are to those who have fallen for the false teaching that is now prevalent amongst Messianic groups that believe we are now in the final 7 years which will end in 2017. When it does not pan out as you have expected read this verse and begin to gnash your teeth. Do not beat on those who were teaching something like the Prophecies of Abraham, but repent quickly and turn from the false teaching you have held so dear for these 7 years.

We are also going to continue to study the 613 laws of Torah which we can read at http://www.jewfaq.org/613.htm
We are doing 7 laws each week and this week we shall study laws 121-127. We also have commentary, with editing from me, again from http://theownersmanual.net/The_Owners_Manual_02_The_Law_of_Love.Torah

121 That no chametz be in the Israelite’s possession during Passover (Ex. 12:19) (CCN3). See Passover.
(121)No chametz shall be in the Israelites’ possession during Passover. “For seven days no leaven shall be found in your houses, since whoever eats what is leavened, that same person shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he is a stranger or a native of the land.” (Exodus 12:19) The complete removal of leaven/sin is the whole point of the Feast. The “congregation of Israel” is indicative of all believers of every age (cf. Galatians 3:6-9). “Strangers” and “natives of the land” (biological Israelites) alike must be made free of sin if they wish to be numbered among the “congregation of Israel.” But we can’t achieve this status by our own efforts. That is why the Feast of Unleavened Bread follows Passover—the cleansing is a result of the sacrifice.

122 Not to eat any food containing chametz on Passover (Ex. 12:20) (CCN5). See Passover.
(122)Do not eat any food containing chametz on Passover. “You shall eat nothing leavened; in all your dwellings you shall eat [only] unleavened bread.” (Exodus 12:20) There were two phases of the un-leavening of an Israelite home for the Feast: first all the yeast was to be removed from the home; second, nothing baked with leaven was to be eaten. Applying our established metaphor of leaven=sin, we perceive a subtle distinction between external and internal corruption. Not only is the evil influence of the world to be taken out of our environment, it will also be purged from within us: we will be sanctified and justified before Yahweh. The prophetic implications are spectacular. Remember, in these “rituals” we are acting out what Yahovah has already accomplished in the past or will achieve in the future.

123 Not to eat chametz on Passover (Ex. 13:3) (CCN4). See Passover.
(123)Do not eat chametz on Passover. “And Moses said to the people: “Remember this day in which you went out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand Yahweh brought you out of this place. No leavened bread shall be eaten.” (Exodus 13:3) This mitzvah seems to be identical to the one that precedes it. But the supporting passage sheds some added insight on the subject. Notice how Yahweh connects the absence of leaven with deliverance from bondage. The purging of sin from our lives is tantamount to our being freed from slavery to that sin: by memorializing one thing, the Israelites were celebrating the other as well.

Note; this same principle applies to what we are talking about in this News letter; Sexual or gossiping sin. When you stop doing these things you will be coming out of the bondage that each of them holds over you. Yes when you just have to look at another sexual picture you are a slave to that sin, or when you just have to share this juicy bit of gossip, you are a slave to this type of sin.

124 That chametz shall not be seen in an Israelite’s home during Passover (Ex. 13:7) (CCN2). See Passover.
(124)Chametz shall not be seen in an Israelite’s home during Passover. “No leavened bread shall be seen among you, nor shall leaven be seen among you in all your quarters.” (Exodus 13:7) The symbolic translation: “Sin shall not be evident in the life of a believer, nor shall it trouble him any longer.” I can’t help but think of a passage from Daniel describing the last seven years of this age. During this time, God promised to “finish the transgression, make an end of sins, make reconciliation for iniquity, and bring in everlasting righteousness.” (see Daniel 9:24) In other words, the chametz is on its way out.

125 To discuss the departure from Egypt on the first night of Passover (Ex. 13:8) (CCA24). See The Passover Seder.
(125)Discuss the departure from Egypt on the first night of Passover. “And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, ‘This is done because of what Yahweh did for me when I came up from Egypt.’ It shall be as a sign to you on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes, that Yahweh’s law may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand Yahweh has brought you out of Egypt. You shall therefore keep this ordinance in its season from year to year.” (Exodus 13:8-10) Allow me to quote something heartbreaking from Judaism 101: “Watch out for Christianized versions of the haggadah. The Christian ‘last supper’ is generally believed to have been a Pesach seder, so many Christians recreate the ritual of the seder, and the haggadahs that they use for this purpose tend to reinterpret the significance of the holiday and its symbols to fit into their Christian theology. For example, they say that the three matzahs represent the Trinity, with the broken one representing Jesus on the cross (in Judaism, the three matzahs represent the three Temples, two of which have been destroyed, and the third of which will be built when the moshiach comes). They speak of the paschal lamb as a prophecy of Jesus, rather than a remembrance of the lamb’s blood on the doorposts in Egypt. If you want to learn what Pesach means to Jews, then these ‘messianic’ haggadahs aren’t for you.”

In context, Tracey Rich has just completed a detailed description of a Pesach seder, the annual rehearsal of the original Passover event. The Exodus passage above speaks of a “memorial,” and today’s Jews apparently have that down pat. The heartbreaking thing is that they completely missed the other half of it: “keeping this ordinance in its season from year to year” is also supposed to be a sign for them. Not just a memorial, but also a sign. And if it’s a sign, what is it supposed to signify? Rich admits that his own symbol is all goofed up when he equates the one broken matzah with two Temples that have been destroyed. He is absolutely correct in perceiving that a third and final Temple will be built by Moshiach/Messiah (see Future History, Chapter 27 for an exhaustive study). But he can’t explain this: if the Jews, who haven’t changed their approach to the Torah in any material way for the better part of the last three millennia, are in the center of God’s will, why did He allow their first two Temples to be destroyed? Why did he let them wander the earth like homeless vagabonds for nineteen hundred years? Could it be that, as Yahshua Himself implied, they were (and are) willingly ignorant of the signs that were given to them? I weep for a people who are so close to the truth and yet they refuse to see it: the Messiah came. They crucified Him. His death makes life possible for us. All of Yahweh’s signs point directly and unequivocally to Yahshua of Nazareth.

126 Not to eat chametz after mid-day on the fourteenth of Nissan (Deut. 16:3) (CCN104). See Passover.
(126)Do not eat chametz after mid-day on the fourteenth of Nisan. “You shall eat no leavened bread with it [the Passover Lamb]; seven days you shall eat unleavened bread with it, that is, the bread of affliction (for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste), that you may remember the day in which you came out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.” (Deuteronomy 16:3) Yahweh doesn’t put this particular deadline on cleaning out the leaven from the Jewish households, but as a practical matter, this cut-off time works reasonably well. The schedule went like this: the Passover lamb was to be slain on the afternoon of the fourteenth day of Nisan (precisely the time of day when Yahshua was crucified), and then roasted (not boiled, because fire is symbolic of the judgment Yahshua endured on our behalf). This is why the fourteenth, Passover proper, is often called the Day of Preparation. The Passover meal, then, took place after sundown—technically now the fifteenth, the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. (The Last Supper, therefore, was not technically a Passover seder, but a regular meal that took place within the timeframe of the Passover “day.” Neither the lamb nor The Lamb would be killed until the following afternoon.) The lamb was to be eaten with unleavened bread and bitter herbs that were a reminder of the bitterness of slavery in Egypt—and symbolic of the sting of sin in the world. All the cooking had to be done by sundown, for the fifteenth of Nisan was a designated Sabbath. That meant that at the very latest, sundown on the fourteenth was the last possible opportunity to remove the chametz from the house, and it made sense to try to have the job done several hours earlier. But Yahweh didn’t expressly command it.

127 To count forty-nine days from the time of the cutting of the Omer (first sheaves of the barley harvest) (Lev. 23:15) (CCA26). See The Counting of the Omer.
(127)Count forty-nine days from the time of the cutting of the Omer (first sheaves of the barley harvest). “You shall count for yourselves from the day after the Sabbath [i.e., the Weekly Sabbath during the Day of Unleavened Bread—the “day after” this would be the Feast of Firstfruits on the first day of the week], from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed. Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath [Again another Sunday]; then you shall offer a new grain offering to Yahweh. You shall bring from your dwellings two wave loaves of two-tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven. They are the firstfruits to Yahweh.” (Leviticus 23:15-17) Don’t let the dual designation of “firstfruits” throw you. This miqra (Shavuot) is based on the wheat harvest, whereas the “Feast of Firstfruits” (Yom HaBikkurim) speaks of the earlier barley harvest. After all the hullabaloo about getting rid of the leaven during the Feast of Unleavened Bread, we’re almost shocked to see a specific directive that the two loaves that were to be symbolically “waved” in offering before Yahweh here were to be baked with leaven! No explanation for this is given in the Torah, but it all becomes clear in the New Testament: Shavuot, or the Day of Pentecost, is prophetic of the coming of the Ruach Kodesh, the Holy Spirit, to dwell within the believers of the Messiah after His resurrection. The whole story is related in Acts 2: “Now when the Day of Pentecost had fully come…they were all filled with the Holy Spirit.” The Law had been fulfilled in the sacrifice of the Messiah. Our sins (note: not the law, but our sins) had been nailed to the cross and taken to the tomb with Him. Thus leaven was no longer an issue: it’s not that we were no longer required to be holy—it’s that in God’s view, we already were.
